In 1974 Keith Mannix was appointed a Field Officer, then Development Officer, with the NSW Credit Union League. Subsequently, he worked for the Sydney County Council Credit Union Stabilisation Fund, then the NSW Credit Union Savings Reserve Board. Appointed to the first Board of the Australian Financial Institutions’ Commission, the regional general manager for CUSCAL NSW, ACT & Qld. He was appointed Manager of Select Credit Union in 1995.

Keith Mannix provided an oral history interview for the credit union movement in 1994 when he was interviewed by Richard Raxworthy.
